Patented TPU Technology
We don't just use TPU — we develop it. Three patents. Zero third-party dependency. Industry-leading performance data.
TPU Material Comparison
Not all TPU is created equal. See how our self-developed TPU stacks up.

Drop-Stitch Technology
How we make a 3kg boat you can stand on
Drop-Stitch construction uses thousands of high-tenacity polyester threads bonded between the top and bottom TPU layers. When inflated to 10-15 PSI, these threads hold the surfaces at a precise distance, creating a rigid, flat floor capable of supporting 150kg+ while standing. Traditional inflatable boats use tube construction, which creates a curved, unstable surface.
15 PSI Operating Pressure
High-pressure inflation creates board-like rigidity — similar to an inflatable SUP.
150kg+ Standing Capacity
The rigid floor distributes your weight evenly for a stable standing platform.
Thousands of Polyester Threads
Each thread is individually bonded to both TPU layers for uniform tension and strength.

Stretches to 5x its length before failure — absorbs impacts
Taber abrasion test — outlasts PVC by 3x
Testing conducted per ISO 34-1:2015 (tear), ISO 527-3:2018 (tensile/elongation), ISO 4649:2017 (abrasion), and internal cold-flex protocols at -30C sustained exposure.
Environmental Responsibility
Better for the water. Better for the planet.
Fully Recyclable
TPU is a thermoplastic — it can be melted and reformed. At end of life, your AIRKREFT doesn't go to a landfill.
No Plasticizers
Unlike PVC, our TPU contains zero phthalates or plasticizers that leach into waterways.
REACH Compliant
Meets the EU's strictest chemical safety regulation — safe for you and the environment.
