What's in the Name?
AIRKREFT combines "Vector" — direction, precision, purpose — with "Raft." It represents our approach to boat building: every material choice, every weld, every design decision is engineered with intention.
25+ Years of R&D
Our founding team brings over two decades of experience in thermoplastic materials, inflatable product engineering, and outdoor equipment design. We've filed 3 patents and developed an end-to-end manufacturing process.
The Problem We Saw
For decades, fishing boats forced anglers to choose. Ultralight packrafts (like KOKOPELLI) were portable but too flimsy to stand on. Stand-up boats (like BOTE LONO) were stable but weighed 20+ kg and cost $1,500+. No one had solved both problems in a single boat.
The Breakthrough
Our founder, an outdoor industry veteran with 25+ years in materials R&D, realized the answer was in the material itself. By developing proprietary TPU — not licensing third-party compounds — and combining it with Drop-Stitch construction, we achieved what competitors said was impossible: a 3kg fishing boat you can stand on.

In-House TPU Extrusion
We extrude our own TPU film — controlling thickness, durability, and weight from raw material to finished product.
High-Frequency Welding
Seams are welded at high frequency — no adhesives, no glue, no weak points. Every seam is pressure-tested.
Quality Control Lab
Every batch is tested for tear strength, elongation, cold resistance, and air retention before shipping.
